This 55,000 sq.ft contemporary leisure development in the centre of Bradford was developed by the Holbeck Land team on behalf of Asda St James and successfully let to restaurants, bars and Bradford City Council.
The contemporary style of the development, designed by Panter Hudspith Architects, has received a number of awards and commendations.
Purchased in 2009 in conjunction with the Rushbond Group, Holbeck Land worked with Bradford MDC to integrate the building into the extensive City Park Regeneration Project.
