Through our knowledge of the property market and with extensive contacts we are successful in identifying land and property interests for a small number of development partners. From regular discussions we are aware of current funding and property type requirements. This allows us to identify who would and who wouldn’t be attracted to a particular opportunity. From formation in 2008 Holbeck Land has built a portfolio of partnerships with Commercial Property, Housing and Construction companies across a variety of ownership and consultancy arrangements.
